Everything about this rental was spot on if you want direct access to everything. It was also large, clean, and had great management that responds quickly to questions. Zero complaints on our end.
We were primarily in the area to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park, but staying in a place that overlooks downtown Estes Park was incredibly convenient. Able to walk to the Stanley Hotel, walk Lake Estes, grab coffee and shop.
Our family of 4 ( 2 sons 22 & 24 ) enjoyed a few days at this great space!! Very clean, well appointed and so close to everything. Right in downtown Estes and a short drive to the entrance of RMNP. Would definitely recommend.
We enjoyed the location very much ~ it’s fun to leave the car parked & walk every where! Sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the cool mountain evenings really made us feel like we were on vacation & away from the reality of work and home!
This condo was in the perfect location, walkable to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was spotless. My only slight concern was the constant music from the Mexican restaurant next door. 9am-9pm it was on. It didn’t bother us too much, but it would’ve been nice to have some quiet.
Great location to walk to downtown Estes Park, and easy access to RMNP. We appreciated the communication from the property manager prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend.
You can stop your search as this is the spot! Our family consisted of two boys (ages 12 and 15) along with my husband and I. We usually stay a little outside of town and changed things up this time and couldn't have been happier! You are in the middle of the action, but yet a nice private home away from home. Yes, there is a Mexican restaurant next door, but there was ZERO concern once we got there as the music was low (couldn't hear inside the home) and off by 9ish. Not only was that a win, but the food was delicious as well and the views outstanding!Shawn was the best communicator out of any VRBO we've ever stayed at. We noticed one of the remotes was missing for one of the tvs in the home and while not an issue at all, Shawn delivered a new remote to our front door for us while we were out. He went over and above to ensure we were settled, having a nice stay and everything was meeting our expectations. He was also a friendly face around the complex. The home itself was beautiful. Had all the necessary amenities, was clean with comfortable beds. If and when we return to Estes, we would absolutely stay again!
We stayed in Estes Park to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. We were 10 minutes from the park gate and also located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. You can see the Stanley hotel from the window as well! Shawn, the property manager, was very nice and welcomed us upon arrival. I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Estes Park.
I stayed in Ste 14 over Christmas and it was the perfect location since we had snow on Christmas Eve. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops without having to drive. Only downside for me was a lot of stairs but I just took my time. I would stay again but would try to go to a lower level with less stairs.
Great location near city center. We were on the top floor. Lots of stairs. I didn't ask if there is an elevator. If you have problems with stairs ask before booking. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Mexican restaurant next door but closed early so noise didn't bother us. We would stay here again.
Great property with a location to downtown that can't be beat! To top off a great trip, we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks right from the kitchen windows! One recommendation would be window treatments for all windows for added privacy at night and to block out early morning sun. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful property with us!
First - best experience ever dealing with an owner/ property manager. A+ customer service and communication.
Second, the property is in a great location. It is also wonderfully quirky. Multiple levels of space, and an abundance of space. It made for a great long weekend and getaway. PLUS, we have visited Estes Park at least once yearly for the past 17 years. We still found and experienced things we didn't even know existed.
What’s the saying….a property is only as good as it’s property manager. Shawn (property manager) was fantastic. Great communication, friendly and very helpful. Small minor issue with the toilet not sealing so water was continuously running. Messaged Shawn well after 5pm and he was there within 5 minutes to fix. The property itself was also great. Walking distance to downtown Estes Park. It was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and will most certainly stay here again during our next visit to Estes Park.
We really enjoyed our stay in this downtown flat! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were ~15 mins from RMNP and a short walk from downtown. The Mexican restaurant next door was so yummy! The flat was spacious and had gorgeous views. The hosts answered all of my questions so quickly and were very attentive. Definitely would recommend!
Suite is right down town Estes. Look out the windows and see and hear the elk down town in the park. Walk to everything. Quick drive to the Rocky Mountains
If you want to be able to park your car and walk to shops, restaurants, etc. -- this is the place!! Unbeatable location. My only caveat is this condo, as cute and comfy as it is, is up several flights of stairs with no elevator.
The host was incredibly helpful and was willing to facilitate an early arrival, which was much appreciated!
The property was centrally located, looks just like the picture and has amazing views! It’s a renovated space with character, and had everything we needed as a family of 4. When we weren’t at the park, we walked everywhere.
Shawn, the property manager, was amazing. He not only answered all my questions prior to getting there, but was able to give us lots of useful tips on visiting the park and the area. He was always quick to respond.
There is also a fantastic Mexican restaurant in the same building with a fabulous terrace.
Overall, we would highly recommend this space, and would return if we came back to Estes Park.
