• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave all keycards on the dresser.
Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor and dispose of all trash before you go.
Set the heat to 60°F or turn off the A/C, and turn off all lights and fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Self check-in after 4 PM. Keycards are in your unit's lockbox in the Key Room: enter the main lobby, turn left, second room on the left.
Your door codes are sent at 4 PM the day before arrival by Vrbo message, email and text. Can't find them? Message us in Vrbo.
Hotel-style room: no front desk or daily housekeeping. Ski boots off at the door. Please return pool towels and report any damage right away.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and charming! The bed was comfortable, water pressure and hot water were great for the shower, it was quiet, and we fell asleep to the relaxing sound of the Pemigewasset flowing past... The room is conveniently located by great restaurants and shops, as well as the Kancamagus. You can easily walk to businesses in Lincoln if you'd like. This is our second time staying in the Lodge and we hope to be back soon! Rick is a responsive and friendly host and directions are clear, as well.

This property was in a great location, so near everything! Room was clean, and host was super communicative. We lost power for a few seconds the first night which caused the ac to stop working. As soon as we reached out, Rick responded and sent maintenance to fix it. This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway.

Perfect Location

Great location! Near great trails and sights in the White Mountains. We walked to several restaurants and to the river, which is directly behind it. Clean and comfortable. Rick was very helpful. We would love to stay here again.

After a long day of hiking it was so nice to drive just down the street and stay in Rick’s beautiful and clean condo. Rick was extremely responsive, sweet, and helpful! Highly recommend!

We were happy with the property though outdated it was clean and worth the price. The town was lovely with good restaurants and great hiking/outdoor activities. The biggest issue we had was the check in process. We didn’t get our key until over an hour after check in time. This messed up our schedule and was a huge pain especially with little communication from the host. Over all it was a nice stay but will be looking for another property next time.
