Very nice cozy home exactly as pictured. It was just the right size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the coffee bar was a nice added bonus. It was a quick walk to the community amenities including lake, pool, tennis/basketball courts.

Thank you for your kind words! We hope you come back again!
Quiet space. Very clean. They actually had seasonings (rare for some reason). Host responds very quickly. Had one small issue that was handled immediately. 10/10 you'll love your stay here. Neighbors are friendly. Humans and all the deers :)
We had a wonderful one-month stay! The host was very nice, responsive, and incredibly helpful—the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a long stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

Thank you for your kind review. Please visit again.
Communication was excellent with quick response from property manager. Internet service was very good with no dropped connections during 7 days. Property had kayaks, oars, and life jackets on site and was within walking distance of lake which delighted our outdoor family! Tennis rackets and other outdoor equipment provided recreation for energized teenagers! The property was clean and supplied basic necessities! The wildlife were plentiful and enhanced the view while walking the area!
The house was lovely with good space. However while listed pet friendly it was not pet safe for our puppy who puts things in his mouth. The driveway stones, rocks on property, and sticks on lawn meant we could not have our puppy outside.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home and its spacious layout.
As a mountain property in the Poconos, our yard and surrounding wooded areas naturally contain stones, sticks, pinecones, and other outdoor elements common to the region. While we welcome pets, owners should expect a natural outdoor environment and supervise pets accordingly.
We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again in the future.
The place is great, and everything was well prepared for our visit. The house was clean and warm. The host was responsive and very friendly, providing support whenever we needed assistance. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
Overall, a great place to stay. It's in a community with a lot of restrictions, so I'd definitely classify this as a more chill location, not a mountain party house (and thats just what we were looking for). Nice place, had everything we needed, easy in and out. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are very nice, and my daughter loved the loft bedroom (there are 2 other beds in the loft are very basic singles that would work for additional guests as well). Some things to remember if booking in the summer, no AC downstairs (at least we could not find it). Was a little stuffy until it cooled off at night, we slept with the windows open. There is an AC unit upstairs and that works really well for the loft. Bring your own Shampoo/Conditioner/Soaps. Some places have these for you, this one does not. Even though this is in a community with lots of rules, not everyone is going to abide by that, ie the neighboring house (not sure if residents or other VRBOers) partied well into the morning (as in 4:30am...) with music. Can't control that, but it was not expected. Cleanliness wise, overall it was clean, but our comforter in one bedroom had a stain on it that was pretty gross and we didn't use it, and many of the towels just look dirty... There are plenty of towels offered, so we just pick and chose what ones to use as needed, but again, that wasn't expected.Overall, still a 9/10 and would stay there again if it's an option when needed.
The place was very relaxing in a nice quiet community with lots of things to do. We had a great time and it was so easy and relaxing to rent this cozy house.

Thank you for staying with us! Please come back again :-)
The kitchen and living areas were great. So nice to have two bedrooms on the main floor and an additional bedroom and bath upstairs. Wifi access worked well. Easy to get to the property, but I had no cell coverage when it was time to navigate back to the highway.
The home was spacious, beds were very comfortable & everything was very clean! We loved how homey it felt with all of the decor & everything we needed for a weekend away. The location is also great right by the lake! We can’t wait to come back & stay here again! Brittany was also very accommodating & got back to us quickly.
