The location of this property cannot be beat!! Wonderful location for a young family with a lot of beach toys. A parking spot was SO convenient and a real benefit. The property itself could use a bunch of upgrades and investment in small things to make it more aesthetically pleasant! But, Overall, a pleasant stay that made vacation enjoyable and easy

Place is great! Nice deck. Large comfortable living room and bathroom. Bedrooms were very nice. We really liked the kitchen area with all the windows. This location is perfect. Close to beach & all the shops and restaurants.

Location is perfect

This property is super cute! Located right by the boardwalk, was so convenient it was faster to pop back to the house for the bathroom than use the ones on the boardwalk. Central to all dining, shopping and bars. Will stay there again!

Very nice overall. Good location. Some upgrades needed to the kitchen. Must add dishwasher and garbage disposal. For the price, it was disappointing that these were no available.

Wonderful

The property was super clean and very cute. There was a ton of towels (very appreciated) which was great because we went to the beach a few times each day. The location was excellent, steps from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and place!

The space was much bigger than what we anticipated. The location was super quick to the beach and very close to all the restaurants. Parking was explained properly. We weren’t bothered by the restaurant downstairs at all. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would like to come back again!

Great location, great porch!

We loved this house. It looks bigger than the pictures. Awesome to have towels and sheets provided. The location was fantastic and a quick 10 minute walk with two toddlers. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher but we knew they didn’t since it wasn’t in the listing. The outdoor porch was wonderful. Thanks so much

Great location

Space was just enough for family of four. The location was perfect-short walk to the ocean and great restaurants and boardwalk. The master bed wasn't that comfortable-could use a mattress cushion. The kitchen could use more cups and plates and there definitely needs to be an umbrella on the big porch. Hard to use the space during the day.

Really cute place. Clean. Good attention to detail with little soaps in bathroom. Linens were included which was great. Awesome location. Walkable to everything. You do hear some live music from restaurant at night but not too loud and expected as you are staying above a restaurant. Deck is great. Amenities are great too. Washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, full size fridge. Would go back!

Great town and beach location!

Extremely convenient to the beach, shopping and food. All walkable. Came during the end of the off season so no need to pay for parking and there were no crowds. Bring beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella if needed. Living room with pullout couch had its own door so could be used as bedroom. Only 1 above sink mirror in bathroom so be prepared if needed. Highly recommend location due to its convenience.

The location of the unit is ideal - a very short walk to the beach and all points of interest in the center of Rehoboth. The dedicated parking spot is helpful. The unit is a good size for two people and has generally good quality furniture and accommodations. Here and there it is a little worn. The price is a bit high for the quality of the unit but is not outrageous.

Nice house - poor support from Vacasa

The house is great. Nice accommodations and very clean. Super close to the beach and everything to do in town. Had several questions during our stay and were unable to reach anyone on the phone - we were on hold for over an hour with no one picking up. Took 24 hours to reply to text and even then didn't answer our questions. Recommend the house. Book with someone other than Vacasa if you can.

Location is convenient

The location is great if you want to just park your car for your stay. The problem is they don't tell you where to park it. We called the support line and they didn't know either. It made check-in stressful and we ended up getting a ticket. The place needs more mirrors, microwave safe dishes & plates, and more pillowcases. I don't know if we'd book again as communication was not ideal.

Booked this property for a 2 night stay and canceled after the first evening. First day check-in was at 4:00pm by 4:15 I was on the phone with Vacasa about numerous issues with the property. The guest room mattress had a huge brown stain on it, the pull out sofa had food crumbs, silverware left in the sink, black mold on the shower,2 out of the 3 smoke detectors were completely missing and had wires hanging from the ceiling. The most frustrating part was it took almost 3/4 of a day to be contacted by the property manager. For that reason alone I’m hesitant to ever book thru Vacasa again. The place was extremely filthy. I will end with this though, the property manager did make good and refund our entire trip so that was really the only positive experience we had. The restaurant below was extremely loud until about 10:30pm but no fault of Vacasa as we knew this when we booked our stay. Just a heads up

Excellent apartment but inaccurate listing

This was an excellent apartment - clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location. But unfortunately, there was one major issue that ruined our stay - the listing said that there would be beach chairs and an umbrella in the apartment, but they weren't there. We specifically didn't bring our own because the listing said we didn't need to. I called Vacasa customer service on our second day and was told that someone would get back to me about it, but no one followed up with me. I was very pregnant with back problems and sitting directly on the sand was painful for me, so this really ruined our beach time. There are some chair rental stands on the beach, but they weren't always open when we were there, plus we didn't want to pay extra money for something that was supposed to be included. At the end of our stay I emailed Vacasa to tell them about the problem and again, they said that someone would follow up with me, but no one did. This was really disappointing, especially because it was otherwise such a nice apartment.

Great spot!

Great spot in that is a few steps from tons of place to go in Rehoboth. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, DogFish etc. Communication was easy as well.
