The property location to The Beach and Pier Park Fantastic. The size of Condo was Great. The room amenities need updating, had lots of old furniture. The Condo and Balcony needed a deep cleaning. The shower needs better pressure and a better shower sprayer. The pool areas had lots of broken concrete around pool and pool edges.

This property was exactly as listed, AMAZING view of the ocean, steps from the sand! The condo has very comfortable beds and pillows! They had dishes, pots and pans, a coffee pot. Fridge had a water and ice maker. Provided travel size toiletries. Plenty of towels for the bathroom. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. Wonderful Vacation!

The property overall was very family friendly. The response to inquiries were prompt. Just a note and suggestion, the unit set up was lacking comfortable seating. Beyond that the amenities were great the pools awesome and the bar and grill was affordable. Thank you for a great two weeks myself, my wife, our daughter and grandkids had a great vacation.

Good location, excellent views and resort accommodations. The condo is spacious for 6 people but failed did to have enough linens to accommodate 6 people. The owner has fast response time. My family enjoyed our stay here.

The condo was exactly as described. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of cookware, utensils, and towels. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The view was amazing and having beach chairs included was a major plus. Would definitely stay in this room again.

This room DOES NOT allow early check in even if the room is ready. Last time I'll rent from this host since plenty of other hosts allow it but the place was decent, master tub didn't have a drain stopper. There are some roaches around the property but I haven't seen them in the rooms. Food by the pool is really great.

Our check in was quick and our room was great able to just walk out to the beach and enjoy the sun kids loved the pool options and the area has great little food and drink shops within walking distance amazing Host as well
