This 2 bed 2 bath + office home (sleeps 4 + full size sofa bed). Is located in the beautiful PebbleCreek golfing community. You'll have access to all the amenities and activities PebbleCreek is known for. Golf cart will be provided. Tenants will be able to enjoy golf courses, club house, theater, restaurants, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, outdoor and indoor pools, concerts and so much more. The clubhouse patio overlooks the golf course which is ideal for having a relaxing evening with dinner and drinks. Pebblecreek is a gated community for tenants 40+ years of age. This home is centrally located with restaurants, shopping and big box stores all within minutes away. Several local hospital and clinics are located in Goodyear along with the surrounding area.
The home is fully stocked with kitchen appliances from stainless steal gas stove down to hand mixers and NutriBullets for your convenience . We've thought of the important details so you don't have to! The plan is to make sure you feel right at home- even when you're away from yours. If there anything we've missed please feel free to let us know and we'll accommodate.

1 dog under 20 pounds is permitted.
The home will also include all utilities, internet and smart TV's.
