Ruim, prachtige ligging, gedateerd

Dit prachtig gelegen ruime appartement is gedateerd en behoeft wat onderhoud. De terrasramen zijn niet meer te openen, er is geen airco en het is er ook niet echt schoon. De eigen parkeerplek is prettig, er zijn voldoende faciliteiten om te koken en te wassen. Vanuit het appartement heb je een prachtig uitzicht, het strand,de eetgelegenheden en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand.
