Vacation apartment on beautiful Lake Constance (e-car friendly)

Our apartment is located in the attic of a three-storey house in the center of Immenstaad, only 2
Walk from the tourist information and only 10 minutes walk from the jetty. As well as all concerns of the
Daily needs are within walking distance in a few minutes.

The apartment consists of:
- Bedroom with double bed, on request there is still a cot space
- Living / dining room with pull-out sofa, kitchenette and dining area
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- a large terrace with garden chairs, table and sun lounger
- For your vehicle is of course a stand available.
- Please understand that smoking is not allowed in our apartment and that the accommodation of
Pets is not possible.

Gute Lage mit Blick auf den See im Zentrum von Immenstaad. Alles so wie beschrieben. Die dazugehörige Echt Bodensee Cart ist allein für den gesamten ÖPNV herforragend. Der Dauerstau auf der B31 wird meist umgangen. Es war sehr erholsam.

Sehr schöne, ruhige aber trotzdem zentral gelegene Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren ideal.Tolle Gegend, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, super Lage. Alles wie beschrieben. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Bodensee Card ist ein echter Gewinn. Buse und Bahnen frei. Wir konnten das Auto 2 Wochen stehen lassen. Vermieter sehr nett. Alles Bestens

Sehr nette Vermieter. Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung mit Allem, was man braucht. Toller Balkon, sogar mit Sonnenliege. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem total ruhig. Empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter.

Schöne Zeit am Bodensee

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig und zentral gelegen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr kurze Wege zum Bäcker oder Metzger, die Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und in Immenstaad sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub am Bodensee, Immenstaad

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, mit Sicht zum See, alles war übersichtlich und sauber, wir hatten von der Umgebung diverse Prospekte, und die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mit Kindern nicht schlecht. Bad ist ein bisschen klein, aber sonst war alles super.

Die schlechtesten Betten in unserem leben

Das schlimmste von allem war das Doppelbett, bei jeder Bewegung machte es so starke Gereusche, dass der Partner und man selber wach wurde. Meine Frau war froh als die Woche um war. Auch nach dem nachziehen der Schrauben war es nicht besser. Aber auch die Türklinken machten Gereusche, die Wasserhähne waren nur schwer zu öffnen. Wir fanden, dass die gesamte Ausstattung, Geräte und Geschier sehr einfach und preiswert war.

Liebe Feriengäste, es tut uns schrecklich leid, dass Sie sich in unserer Ferienwohnung nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Warum haben Sie nichts gesagt? Wir sind auch etwas verwundert, da sich bislang noch NIE jemand über Geräusche in der Wohnung beschwert hat. Sehen Sie dies nicht etwas zu streng? Wir sind sicher, dass Sie mit 80 Jahren schon viele Betten kennengelernt haben. Seien Sie aber bitte so fair, eine Ferienwohnung nicht mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu vergleichen. Unser Nebensaisonpreis beträgt nicht mal die Hälfte von dem, was Sie dort pro Person zahlen müssten !!! In einem Hotel ist es auch üblich, regelmäßig neue Handtücher zu bekommen - in einer Ferienwohnung nicht. Trotzdem sind wir Ihnen diesbezüglich ohne Aufpreis entgegengekommen. Erholsamer Urlaub in Immenstaad

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Immenstaad. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, wir waren schnell am See, konnten fußläufig einkaufen und essen gehen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Zentrale Ferienwohnung mit leichtem Seeblick

Wir (2 Erwachsene, ein Student, eine 8-Jährige) haben die zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und uns blendend erholt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend, die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man so braucht. Schöner Service war die Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern (letztere wöchentlich frisch). Für uns als Familie war sehr wichtig, dass es im Keller eine Waschmaschine gibt, die wir gern genutzt haben. Der Balkon ist riesig und geht außen komplett um die Wohnung herum, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit eine Schattenseite hat. Wir haben dort morgens und abends gern gesessen. Da die Wohnung ganz oben im Haus liegt, konnte man über die Dächer hinweg auch den Bodensee und in der Ferne die Schweizer Berge sehen. Die Lage im Ort ist einigermaßen ruhig, aber zentral. Alle wichtigen Punkte (Geschäfte, Wochenmarkt, Badestrand, Schiffsanlegestelle) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Immenstaad ist als Ausgangspunkt mit seiner mittigen Lage am nördlichen Ufer ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Einchecken war schnell und unkompliziert, die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und wären für Fragen stets erreichbar gewesen (nur, dass wir keine Fragen hatten). Fazit: wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen die FeWo gerne weiter.

Die FeWo war okay. Es fehlte jedoch an Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. an Mülltüten, Salz, Pfeffer, Papiertücher, großes Kopfkissen, Kleiderbügel.....und an der Kommunikation!
