Built for day at the beach followed by date night yet very kid friendly. Best parts of the city and suburbia. The nicest people in LA county (known as Iowa by the sea). A very kind welcome to you. I am a 4th generation Angeleno. My family moved here in the 1920's. My father is a judge in downtown and my mother is a bestselling novelist. As for me I run a talent management company in Hollywood where we book actors on hundreds of shows including BREAKING BAD, SONS OF ANARCHY, THE WALKING DEAD, HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER and countless others.
Why they chose this property
LONG BEACH maintains the wonderful coastal metropolis with a small town feel. Iike Hollywood it developed in the early 1910's with the silent films generation. You will notice that a great many Hollywood stars from the 20's through the 50's vacationed here. Long Beach is also home to the best weather in the country, an amazing music scene, and restaurants' that do not disappoint. Bottom line....good people still live here and even with lockdowns it was one of the few places in LA that maintained reasonable sanity.
What makes this property unique
QUITE SIMPLY. Access to everything. If you have the energy you can do more in a day without a car then you would expect.
