Perfect Coronado location with three bedroom, two bath condo on the top floor of The Canterbury, overlooking iconic Orange Avenue. Your 3rd story balcony have retractable awnings, making it the best seat on the island to view Coronado's famous 4th of July parade.
Your family will love the spacious three bedrooms, TV's with wifi and streaming apps, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas, and in-unit washer & dryer. Recently added air condition to keep you cool during those hot summer SoCal days.
Popular dining options line Orange Avenue between 1st & 2nd street, immediately downstairs. Walk one more block to the Coronado Ferry Center, with more dining and shopping, and the pier where you can catch a ferry ride to a San Diego Padres game, the USS Midway Museum, and all that downtown San Diego has to offer. Grocery shopping and CrossFit are just steps away.
The famous Hotel del Coronado and Coronado beach are 1 mile down Orange Avenue. Spreckels Park and all its concerts and activities are within a few blocks.
While no vehicle is needed we do however have a secure parking garage with 1 reserved space and Coronado street parking is all around for extra vehicles or visitors. An elevator takes you to the 3rd floor unit.
