A beautiful, renovated beach promenade and a picturesque pedestrian street in the Old Town offer restaurants, discos and shopping. 15 minutes drive away is a large shopping center with cinemas. Nearby there are several golf courses with 18 holes, the Zoo Marine and the Aqua Land for the young generation.
Apartment with pool and 4 bedrooms:
The apartment is 160 m² in size and consists of a 80 m² living hall with the adjoining fully equipped kitchen, the four bedrooms each with 14 m² and the shower rooms in between. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa and includes a U-shaped planted courtyard of 80 m², which can be reached from almost all rooms via double doors. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, with dishes, pots, pans, a juicer, various coffee machines and a toaster, spices and the necessary detergent, and plenty of storage space for the food are available. In the living hall there are several sitting areas, a TV and music system with DVD player and turntable and a piano. The house is naturally air-conditioned due to its 6 m high living hall and the various ventilation wings, with the good thermal insulation of cork slabs and the roof overhangs help to maintain a pleasant climate in the summer. In the cooler season, the 12 kW stove and solar-assisted underfloor heating can create a good living environment. The solar energy heats in summer the water of the 60 m² large pool, which is not visible in a diverse terraced landscape embedded.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 12:00 to 14:00.
