Beautiful place to stay and close to everything in Lake Placid. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and perfect for our weekend away. The communication prior to our stay was so helpful and all the information we needed was provided. Would love to visit again!

Very nice facility with all you need for a comfortable stay...close to the bike trail, which was a big plus for our stay as we were there to enjoy the bile riding available throughout the area. Will definitely return. thanks Wes.

Sentinel Cottage is an absolute gem! The apartment is wonderfully located, within walking distance from all of Lake Placid’s attractions, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable for two people, and contained everything that we needed while we were visiting Lake Placid. Communicating with Wes was easy. He responded promptly to all of our questions and helped make our visit easy and hassle free. Sentinel Cottage is among the nicest Vrbos that we have stayed in and we would definitely try and stay again if we return to Lake Placid. Oh…..and the foliage in and around Lake Placid at the end of September and early October is unbeatable!

Lovely Place

The wife and I enjoyed our trip to Lake Placid. The place was located right downtown which made it quick to get anywhere to include our hiking we did there. We loved the fact that it had a washing machine and dryer. Bed was super comfy! We would definitely stay there in the future.
