We had a great stay, all around. We were two families with four adults & four children and the house was a perfect size for us, in terms of bedrooms and main area/kitchen/living room. The house is well taken care of and the neighborhood is nice & quiet. Sam was a very gracious host. Many thanks for hosting us!

This was a perfect house for our family group. The common area was large and comfortable with enough seating and table space. Bedrooms were good. We didn’t swim but the pool and yard were pretty. The property was very private with a wall and hedges to make neighboring houses disappear. Communications with the home manager were easy through WhatsApp. This was a good VRBO rental experience.

Great House in Central Location

The house is awesome, especially for a larger group. The sleeping accomodations are great, and so is the pool house setup. The location is super central so almost all of our Ubers/Lyfts were less than 30 minutes from the house.

Great getaway

This was a lovely oasis well positioned near Culver City. A great place to hang around with family and friends and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a bit and BBQ when we didn’t feel like going out after busy days taking in the city. Simon was very responsive to every question we had.

Super modern house with great amenities!

Our family loved this modern home. We used the pool and the bbq and the house had all amenities needed. The location was perfect for a safe feeling neighborhood and close to all surrounding towns like Santa Monica, DTLA and Hollywood.

Great house for a family trip

Great property for a family or friend outing. We took 10 people. Everyone had their own space with the common area being very central and fun for everyone. Access to the pool with the California door was awesome. Very clean and the host was accommodating and great to work with. I would recommend this property for sure.

Muscle Beach Invitational

Had a great stay in the Culver City area in this beautiful luxury home. Thank you Sam for being a great host and for setting us up with drinks upon our arrival. The teenage boys had a great time using the pool and bunking in the pool house. The master bedroom was amazing- comfy bed and very spacious. Location was nice and central to where we wanted to be!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful trip to LA over thanksgiving! Sam was delightful and very responsive. The property was gorgeous, clean, and as advertised. The property was a bit cold and the water takes a while to get hot. It would have been nice to directly control hot tub heating so we could activate when desired, but overall the experience was lovely! We’ll be back!

Very Spacious Stay!

Our team of colleagues stayed at the home during our time in LA. The home is very spacious and gave us all the room we needed to both hang out and have our separate spaces. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare meals and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. While we didn't use the guest house, it's a super cute addition to the property and provides a whole separate living space! Definitely recommend.

Bach Trip

This house was amazing! Everyone loved it and it was perfect for a big group. We never felt like we were all on top of each other. It felt very spacious and was a great setup for a Bach party! My friends and I had the best time and loved the house. Felt luxurious and beds and pillows and bathrooms were all comfortable! Sam as a host was awesome- he was a great communicator and left no confusion about any processes with the house.

Multi-generational Xmas holiday

My spouse and I rented this property to host our annual blended multi-generational Xmas gathering. Both sets of parents, siblings, siblings' spouses, and children all stayed at this property. Sam was very communicative and answered all our questions promptly. When we asked if there would be enough dishes, bowls, and glasses for everyone, he kindly bought a new tableware set to accommodate 12. The family enjoyed the cosy living room area and open plan dining and kitchen area. Our aged parents were able to take easy walks around the block and the neighbors are nice. We would definitely recommend this property to other families. Thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Sly, Inconsiderate and unprofessional hosts

We so kindly and confidently chose to stay at this house during the holiday season. The house is gorgeous and was looking to have this be our annual place where we stay but don't think twice now. Post considering booking, communication has been unclear, they charged me for an extra day when their is written proof that they would adjust our stay and on top of that, they are refusing to give us back our 3k security deposit due accusing of us breaking their island when in fact that is a complete lie. We are honest and upfront people. There was something that happened with the car during our stay and we immediately let them know so if there was an issue with something being ruined we would've communicated. This is absolutely horrible business. They have ignored messages, we've had to include customer service to rectify but are refusing. DO NOT STAY HERE, you will get robbed/scammed of your money.

PICTURE PERFECT

I must say this was the most stunning house, had a great modern vibe inside, location was perfect and close to everything from restaurants to convenience stores. The place is stocked with everything you need and the beds were super comfortable, we loved the pool and hot tub too! This really made me feel like a home away from home. 10/10 Highly recommend this spot, great hosts too. They are always on top of it and checked in throughout my stay, l'Il be back soon! You guys were nothing less than amazing!
