Could have used a little info about handicap equip. I am 84 still getting around ok but the upstairs and downstairs and small bath room could be an issue for some. I used the ground floor only. Our description in the listing is very detailed. The listing also has photos showing where all the amenities are (including the hot tub). We have hosted many older and disabled guests, they all appreciated the fact that all the main functions of the house (living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, 2 large bedrooms as well as the deck are all accessible from the main floor). In the future, I would recommend guests read the description and look at the pictures. Lastly, there is also a pet fee for the undisclosed dog that was brought with your group. Out of grace, we decided not to charge you for the dog.

Great Stay in Tellico

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Tellico Village. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our visit. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and stay. Fall Golf Trip

Wow, a great place to stay in Tellico Village. We were 3 guys on a 4-day golf trip (with 13 others staying elsewhere) so we each had a bedroom and overall very comfortable accomodations. The covered back porch was perfect to enjoy "beverages" after a long day of golf. Communication with Chris was great. We highly recommend this house. Thanks Chris!

An excellent place to call home!

The property owners were extremely cordial and accommodating. As a family my daughter and I had a tough year and staying in this house was amazingly comfortable and felt like our little sanctuary in the Tennessee pines. It was home at first sight and we enjoyed every minute we were there, if needed I would not hesitate in booking this lovely home again. It was so good for us to be there and enjoy the beauty all around us as we enjoyed a Tennessee Christmas with our family in Tellico Village.
