Please read carefully!! Welcome to this private suite on the bottom floor of an occupied family home in Tellico Village. You have the whole lower space with a private entrance, deck, and 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, a lovely private bathroom, and a comfortable private living room with a sofa bed. NO Full Kitchen, but a small fridge, barbecue, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and Coffee maker. For a small extra fee, guests can enjoy amenities like an indoor and an outdoor pool, golf, gym, pickleball, tennis at the Wellness Centers, as well as the lake during their stay. Enjoy all that Tellico Village has to offer when you stay at our place. Free kayaks and paddle boards by lake, life preserves on the deck.
