The house was new. It was very clean and the owners were awesome. They checked in with me every few days to make sure we were happy. Would rent from them again.
We explored VRBO after being unable to find a hotel room in town and were not disappointed! This property was immaculate and well designed with bedrooms and full baths at opposite ends of the house and a large common area off the kitchen with decks. The location was perfect, out of town, but not too far, and on a beautiful quiet country road with a wonderful natural hedgerow creating privacy. Our host was prompt in receiving and replying to our reservations inquiry and was inobtrusive yet available throughout our stay. We highly recommend this VRBO!
A lovely place to stay! My mom and I were there for Hall of Fame induction weekend in Cooperstown which is about an hour away but a very nice drive through mountains and farms. The house itself was just as described and had everything we needed. The back porch was perfect for watching birds and stars. There’s a lot of hiking in the area and the quaint town of Middleburgh is close by with restaurants, cafes, and a brewery. Patty was an excellent host and we loved seeing her artwork around the house!
This was a new dwelling.Very clean, well equiped.
The host was wonderful and checked on us dailey to see if we needed anything.
Lots of wildlife around entire area.
The house is perfect! Clean, roomy, has everything you want! The host made checking in and out very convenient. It’s 20 minutes from the fairgrounds but still close enough.
Patricia is a wonderful host who provided everything we needed for our stay.
The house was clean, functional and beautiful. Two beautiful bedrooms on opposite sides of the house accompanied by two large bathrooms.
We could not have asked for more from our rental as it exceeded our expectations in every way.
