Wander in this stunning Purple Victorian adorned with vintage curiosities on 1.6 bucolic acres. Get lost in the backyard, exploring it’s many vignettes: fire pit, apple orchard, wooded areas, and many places to sit and relax. The two person hot tub sits on a balcony overlooking the back yard. Enjoy 2400 sq ft of indoor space inclusive of a chef’s kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a variety of seating. Walk to downtown Cobleskill in 5 minutes.

The property is extremely private, with no shared areas. Parking is behind the home in a driveway with a designated parking area. The home itself is on a quiet street walking distance to shops, eateries, and SUNY Cobleskill.

My friends and I had an amazing weekend at the Lady Viola. We booked it for my friend's bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for six people, lots of beautiful spaces that were perfect for photos of our bride-to-be. We brought a dog with us for the weekend and she had a great time running around in the surprisingly large yard! The hosts were fantastic with their communication and their willingness to help change the booking when plans shifted. We had a great time in the hot tub, and were practically unbothered in the freezing outdoor temperature! We're so grateful to have had such a lovely and uncomplicated experience.

This is a beautiful home and property within walking distance of Cobbleskill. Lovely bakery and deli just around the corner. We visit our elderly Aunt in Cobbleskill every 2 years and would definitely book this again

The entire house was very clean. We did not use the hot tub. It was a bit shy on electric outlets in the bedrooms, which reflected the age of the house and i would have liked to have had a choice of a lighter weight blanket.The manager was easily reached for questions and he responded quickly. The house was amazing, I wished the walls could talk. We had a great stay.
