Rocky Top Retreat is a beautiful condo located in the peaceful side of the Smokies. This family friendly, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, condo has everything you need to relax & unwind. Enjoy a cup of coffee from a rocking chair while overlooking the magnificent Smoky Mountains. Plan a day out in the serene nature with hiking, biking, fishing & tubing on the Little River. Located in the gated community Cades Cove Reserve, just steps to the Townsend Greenway, walk/bike to local restaurants/breweries.
The space
Rocky Top Retreat is a spacious, modern condo with luxuries finishings; electric fireplace, 3 large smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, private back patio and front porch with multiple rocking chairs to take in the mountain views .

Master Bedroom - king size bed, TV, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, TV, closet, adjoining bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Great place to stay!

The propert was perfect for what we needed. We spent a week here. Chose to stay here in Townsend because we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Propert had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here if your looking for an alternative to staying in a cabin around GSMNP.

Great location

Very nice condo. Everything as described. A little confusion over parking pass, however resolved quickly. Suzanne was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay again at this property. Have made many visits to the Smokies/Townsend over the years, always a pleasant trip.

Beautiful

The property was very safe and easy to get into. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. The scenery was beautiful, right out the balcony was a view of the woods on the hillside. It looked like just behind. There was a walking trail along the wood line. The place was very clean and well decorated. They even took the time to decorate for Christmas! I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable, cozy, clean, safe spot!

My friend and I stayed in this condo for about a week and we were SO pleased with our overall experience. The location felt safe and the local community was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our small balcony in the trees, and the ability to walk outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather. There were a few things that we had to provide for ourselves (laundry soap, foil, etc) but nothing extreme. The owners were helpful and very communicative, which was much appreciated. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect place for quiet stay

Condo was just as described. I was here on business for this trip but have been to Townsend many times before with my wife and this is the perfect place to stay if you like being able to walk or ride your bike to town but still feeling away from it all. Nice quiet gated community with very personable residents. Beautiful views sitting on the rocking chairs outside the home. Unit was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. Can't say enough good about the host who went out of her way to accommodate me with a situation that occurred getting medication from my home in Florida delivered here.
