We had a wonderful time! It was very comfortable for our 9-person group, including 2 children. The location was great. The cabin had everything we needed, and we made every meal there for our entire week long stay.
The property/cabin is postcard perfect in a mountain setting that almost seems dreamlike with the South Arkansas river running through the back propety and the Aspens and pine trees adorning the property. The cabin itself is a rustic retreat that is simply gorgeous but also modern with modern appliances and very comfy bedding/sofas etc. This will definitely be a yearly stop for our large family

What a wonderful guest. You are welcome back anytime!
We had a great stay. The cabin was as advertised and worked perfectly for our big group. Any issue we had we were able to get a quick and helpful response. Summer is no issue, but 4WD maybe the right way to go if coming to ski in the winter.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything necessary for food prep. The entire house was very clean. Wonderful views from the rooms. Plenty of room for our 7 adults. Only a few steps to the stream and bridge over the stream. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again if in this area.

Thank you so much. You are welcome back whenever you would like to return.
The cabin is well cared for, the hosts are thoughtful in their preparation for guests. We were there for an epic snow and ski weekend and the property couldn’t have been more perfect for our trip. Grateful for the morning plows provided to get up to Monarch and outfitted kitchen.
The cabin is absolutely lovely/clean and perfectly located to hike the Colorado or Continental Divide trails. The hosts were very caring and provided tips on where to hike. We would book this cabin any day again.
Excellent space and location for our family to get together for several days and enjoy winter in the mountains. Hosts were very attentive and accommodating.

Nice cabin in a peaceful setting. The sound of the river is good for the soul. Everything you need for a great getaway with the family. Even received a friendly check-in from the owner to ensure we had everything we needed our stay.
So close to the river- we were out there playing every day. Beautiful house, well maintained and obviously cared for.

Awesome Getaway!
We stayed here to be close to skiing and we got more than just a place to rest. It truly is tucked away and although there are other cabins around, you feel secluded and truly on vacation. The ever running creek provided tranquility both day and night. We will definitely be staying here again!
