Friendly neighbors, convenient location,Jonathan Valley is nestled 3 miles from Maggie Valley and 11 miles from downtown Waynesville, NC. Cozy and comfortable with two rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the sunset go over the mountains. Small stream in the backyard, Quiet, relaxing screened porch. Black out shades in the bedroom for late sleepers or night workers. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval.

Why they chose this property

This house was purchased as an investment as well as a place to "park it" when I am in the mountains. I can see myself here full time when I am in my 80's. That is only 6 years away!! The community has a great reputation for having caring, mature folks who have each other's backs. I want a community in my senior years so I may some day be a full time resident again here.
