About the host
Hosted by Nina Howard
I am a southern lady educated in New York City with a degree in Interior Design. As time has gone on, I have been a designer, artist, massage therapist, esthetician, spa owner and now I have gravitated to being an Entrepreneur in the short term rental business with 4 short term rentals in Ann Arbor, Michigan and 2 in Waynesville, NC. I always take the high road and my life is built on truth, beauty and goodness. My spiritual values are expressed with my love of life and people (and dogs) and the art of living.
Why they chose this property
This house was purchased as an investment as well as a place to "park it" when I am in the mountains. I can see myself here full time when I am in my 80's. That is only 6 years away!! The community has a great reputation for having caring, mature folks who have each other's backs. I want a community in my senior years so I may some day be a full time resident again here.
What makes this property unique
Simple living Convenient Cozy and warm Beautiful mountain views Relaxing Well designed
