This home sits in Fountain Square and is a short walk to entertainment, bars, and restaurants in this popular area. Relax in stylish comfort in the perfect location for sightseeing. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, featuring porch seating and a fire pit sitting area out back. Less than 10 min drive to downtown-Colts Stadium, Monument Circle.
The space
This is a 2 story home with stairs. The main level has a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower. The second level has a room with one queen bed, and another room with two twin beds. The bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower. There is street parking out front and also some spots in the back.

The entire property is yours to enjoy. We ask that you do not smoke inside and also are considerate to neighbors during quiet hours.

The stairs can feel a bit steep but there is a railing.

Great location

Great place in a great location

We loved our stay, it was super close to lots of great places to eat and super convenient to get into downtown. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for easy access to great food and a neat neighborhood bar scene. There was an amazing Tiki bar nearby and we heard rumors of a spectacular speakeasy.

Wonderful weekend!

The property and neighborhood left nothing to be desired. Very clean house that is well appointed in a quirky and welcoming neighborhood. Our kids loved the park a block away and we loved having so many nice shops and great restaurants within walking distance.
