From the moment you drive through the gates at Wild Dunes you will immediately begin to relax. 34 Beach Club Villa boasts ocean views off the screened in porch and the second floor master suite and beautiful updated kitchen. This home is truly appointed for a home away from home experience. Outside is a lovely screened in porch and there is access to the Beach Club swimming pool and you are just steps from the beach. Meticulous attention to detail has been spent to create a beach home you will remember and want to come back to again and again. With three bedrooms, three full baths this home will accommodate up to eight guests. (1600 Square Feet).

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor features hardwood floors through-out. Large common area, seating area, kitchen complete with granite counter tops, screened in porch, full bath and guest room with two double beds. The seating area and screened in porch will become the focal point for any gathering. Whether your group gathers to watch a movie or simply enjoy the view and drinks out on the screened in porch. Guest bedroom is equipped with two full sized beds.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor features two bedrooms and full washer and dryer. The master suite includes a king size bed, full bath, and walk out porch with ocean view. The second guest bedroom includes a king size bed and full bath.

Each home includes free parking, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. There is no elevator at this property.

All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this beautiful villa! Very comfortable and everything we needed! The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach! View is fabulous! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. They even gave us a roasting pan in case we cooked our Thanksgiving turkey there! And left us a yummy pie too! Thank you for that, we all enjoyed it so much! We hope to come back again one day.

Absolutely everything we hoped for!

It would be impossible to find a more pleasantly situated place to stay at the beach. Every day was perfect inside our villa and outside on the beach. Best Spring Break!

Beautiful view of the ocean

This condo was so nice & spacious. There was plenty of parking & we were able to walk right out the door, only a few steps to the beach. Also loved the bike paths & enjoyed walking & driving to great close by restaurants! We would definitely come back to this house!

Can’t say enough about view, the location, the decor— fabulous place with all the cooking utensils and the oven works! Screened porch was beautiful and cozy even through the thunderstorms and loss of electricity! Probably our top stay ever at Isle of Palms! Thank you ! You have a beautiful place! Will be back!

Quaint Villa

Stayed here with our two children (20 & 18). Perfect layout with one BR and bath on main floor and two up. The villa is right on the beach so you can enjoy views from the screened porch or deck that's attached to MBR. We saw lots of shooting stars at night while stargazing from the deck.Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was perfect for accessing beach or riding bikes down the path through the neighborhood. A 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston for dinner or shopping. There's also a pool on the property but we never used it. You will have to carry your suitcases up a short flight of stairs but not a big deal. Great stay/Great location.

Lovely townhome with fantastic water views

Look no further, just rent this unit! The photographs do not do the property justice. The unit was very clean, adorably decorated with quality furnishings and had everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay. The screened in porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee when the air is still cool and evenings after dusk when the mosquitos come out. The upper balcony, off the main bedroom has perfect views and the padded lounger was just what we needed to enjoy some down time in the afternoon sun. The location was an easy drive to downtown and all other local activities; there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it very convenient to eat out or in, depending on the mood of the day. We enjoyed our time there immensely and would not hesitate to rent there again in the future.

Right on the beach

Loved it! Right beside the beach. Had two porches ( one covered, one not). Found use for both. All updated appliances, clean, soft and all white linens. It was a dream. Lots of privacy. Could only hear neighbors if outside or when they shut the heavy glass sliding doors. I would definitely go back!

View Looking Out is Great!

High marks for handy access to the beach, great views, and nightly walks! Isle of Palms is a great place for vacation, close to golf, nearby hotel, people watching, etc. But I don't recommend this particular property. Beach Club Villa is great, but I'd look around carefully. Better to find a newer one, in better condition, and perhaps a little bit cleaner.

Great family vacation

Such a great find! Perfect amount of privacy and close enough for everything else you want to do. The property was extremely clean, exactly as described and the management couldn’t have been more on top of pro-active communication making our vacation virtually seamless. We’ll be back!

Great House

We loved this oceanfront property. Well furnished and supplied. The only drawback that was not mentioned is that there is no Verizon service in the house - had to go to beach t make a call. Otherwise, great!

Lovely location

Well-appointed condo right on beach. Comfortable and recent furnishings. You can tell that the condo is well cared for, and it’s steps to the beach. My only complaint is that the entry cleaning wasn’t all that great. Dirty floors and counters due to lack of attention to the cleaning team. That being said, I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Loved this home! Access to and view of the beach was tremendous. Beautifully decorated, too. Beds were comfy and there was a great amount of bath towels (some places skimp on the towels!). Internet service in the house is pretty poor, but overall, an excellent home.

Wonderful vacation spot !

Beach club villa 34 is well appointed and beautifully decorated . We had everything we needed in the kitchen and really liked the open kitchen remodel of this particular unit . Extremely close to the beach and peaceful views from the porches. Property owners have shared a view of themselves in their villa and it is special !

Best vacation home ever!

Would absolutely stay here again. Fresh paint on the walls, very nicely furnished and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. Everything was immaculate. Love the front beach view! Was warm enough to walk on the beach, even in February. Easy, fun-filled vacation! Manager/owner was wonderful.

Great location and great condo

We loved our stay here. The location is great. I gave it 4 stars only because the bed in the master is very uncomfortable. There was an indent on my side of the bed...I couldn't lay my baby on it without it forcing her to roll down to the middle of the indent. We also saw a few cockroaches...but I kinda think that's expected in that climate.
