This house is home away from home in a quiet residential community in North West of Tucson. Heated community pool and spa for your entertainment, tennis court, kids playground, and basketball ball court. Home is fully furnished with all items you need to feel at home. 2 cars parking on the driveway. Very quiet residential area.
Black out curtains in all rooms are perfect for a good day or night sleep. Home close to hiking trails with mountain views. Biking and walking trails in the community for your active lifestyle.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean the inside of all appliances prior to check out to avoid additional fees. Refrigerator, microwave, Oven, Freezer.
Pets not allowed Parties not allowed
No parking on the street overnight. Your car will be towed. You will be charged $70 for lost pool fob and you will replace the door lock if the door key is missing
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

$70 will be charged if the pool fob key is missing.
You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $150 if you leave the inside of all appliances dirty.

Winter Getaway

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Shopping within 3 mile. Walking trails within mile. Comfortable inside and out. Good communication with owner. Great pool area!!
