The apartment was beautiful. One of the aspects that drew me to this listing was the kitchen. We didn't use the stove but the refrigerator, dishes and microwave came in handy. The host had great communication. When I sent a message they responded immediately. We will definitely stay again!
The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, replying promptly to all of my messages. They were very efficient, organized, and respectful of our time. We truly appreciated their excellent communication and hospitality.
The place was very beautiful and spacious however a few fixtures that can be tighten up the shower curtain was also rigged and needs to be fixed as well as the blinds people can look in if your naked or anything in the kitchen living room area some what. However I would rent again and a great quiet space for the weekend if your just looking for a comfortable quiet area.
We had a hard time getting in. Got all bit up outside on the 3rd floor, waiting to get let in. The lights in the living room didn't work. The listing is very misrepresented. Looks rundown. Broken curtain rod and little warped "night stands" in the master. One of the beds is in the dining room in the middle of the apartment. There are window ac units in the living room and one in the dining (bedroom). There is not one in the master. We were burning up in the master and freezing in the other areas because we were trying to get air to the master bedroom. Sketchy neighborhood. Sirens going off at night from the things happening. None of us slept well from that and the air situation. We left early after the first night of four scheduled and then had to fight for weeks to get refunded.
Not knowing that the second bedroom is out in the open (right in front of the only bathroom) is not an ideal situation for travelers. However, overall, the stay was comfortable.

This place was very clean, nice and in a safe area. The host was very nice and answered all of my questions extremely fast. If I come back to Chicago I will try my best to stay here again!!
Great value! Great location - close to downtown without the hassles. Great communication with host and super easy check in and out process made the whole stay worry free.
The only - "negatives" - Parking is tough so drop your bags at the apartment before you go looking. It was free though so it was worth a 4 block walk. The apartment is up two flights of steps so if anyone in your party has mobility issues - this could be a challenge. Lastly, the 2nd bed is very much out in the open so if you need two private bedrooms - this isn't your best option.
Great experience host Is very responsive and look forward to staying there again very clean and modern style apartment great place to call home while being away.
Charming apartment, I loved the architecture at this location! Nice and quiet, clean and the host was amazing! We came in early to get ahead of a snow storm and we were able to check in ahead of time, which was so so helpful.
I would highly recommend this place, especially at such a low price.
The space was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to get ready for a friend’s wedding. We did have trouble contacting the owner initially, but every subsequent communication with him after was quick and thorough.
