Vermont Sugar House Guesthouse for Glamping
The Vermont Sugar House offers a perfect combo of hotel and camp life but with AC and heat. Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in a fluffy white bed, watching Netflix from the mounted smart TV. Lounge in comfortable fresh robes. Enjoy a meal, play a board game or WFH. Sip a drink overlooking a large field and serene pond. Or drive 5 minutes to town for a bite and mountain biking trails.
Private accomodations located between the main house and barn on top of the hill with beautiful views.
The space
Private entrance for this stand alone 200 sq ft bedroom. Inside is a queen size bed, two person dining table/chairs, smart TV with netflix, medium fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee pods for coffee machine, hotel style robes, two person board games, AC and heat. If you do not mind not having an indoor bathroom, this is for you. Please note there is only an outhouse. The outhouse has a sink in the summer.

I used to live in Grafton, so I know all about the area. I renovated and designed the VT Sugar House summer of 2022, and am so excited to offer this to visitors or locals looking for a staycation. I now reside in Florida and manage the property remotely and occasionally visit. The residents in the main house can be available to assist you for emergencies.
