The space
Waterledge is a stand alone cottage overlooking Harpswell sound. It faces due West. It has a first floor primary suite and three bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. There is open kitchen and dining area and a living room with fireplace on the first floor. The laundry and pantry are also on the first floor. Porches wrap around the side and back of the home.
