**Please note there is no AC in the home. Like most oceanfront homes in Oceanside, we rely on the incredible Pacific breezes rather than AC. The climate here is remarkably steady, but for your comfort, we've equipped most rooms with ceiling fans. If you visit during a rare warm snap, extra fans are available to create a cooling cross-breeze throughout the house.
