Disney-Legoland Southern Dunes Golf front south facing pool home 4 beds 3 baths

Thank you for your kind review. It was great to welcome you and hope to have you back someday.

Good day. I am sorry to read that you paid for pets while not having pets. When guests book and click on « pet fee «  I have no way of knowing if they do that by mistake or not. It is an optional fee. I then inform management so that they make sure to plan for extra cleaning time. As for the wifi during your stay you never mentioned there was an issue. Again I cannot guess there are issues if guests do not let me know. The guests after you informed me of a problem with the wifi and spectrum came the next day to replace the modem. For the cleaning and toilet supplies the management always provide the minimum in all of their houses. Guests understand that it is a vacation home and not an hotel which has daily maintenance and clean. We never provide any food supplies to avoid causing allergic reactions that some guests could have. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you Melynda. It was great having you stay at the property.

Thank you very much for your review Rebekah. I am happy you have enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back. Julie

Thank you for providing your feedback. I am sorry that you did not appreciate your experience at the house. I wanted to respond to some of the comments. First and foremost the lgarage is not advertised in the listing as a parking space as it is too narrow and has few items in it like a high chair, the heat water tank. The listing indicates it has 1 parking space. Although you may not have liked some of the furniture half of them are less than 3 yrs old for example the couch, stove , washer and dryer, mattresses. Regarding the landscaping it was very mature and nice looking up until winter 2026 where there was too many days with cold weather and we invested and having it trimmed and most should grow back up but it will take time. As for the other items you are mentioning such as painting I will take that into account to have the maintenance -management team work on it.

Thank you Denise. I appreciate your comments and you can be sure that I appreciate your business and looking forward to welcoming you again in this home away from home. Thank you Julie

thank you for your nice review. I definitely hope to have you back as guests in the future. Sincerely, Julie Morin

thank you Crystal for your review. I was very happy to have a guest like you, you were very respectful all the way. I would be happy to welcome you again.

Hi Maureen. I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay to the fullest. The key box code is not provided until the day of the check in for security reasons. The pool has weekly service and the fact nothing was reported about it makes me wonder why this comment is made after the check out. Whenever there are dogs there is additional clean done and paid for. I have proof confirming there was not only no large dog before you checked in but I would also have never ever accepted a dog of that size in the house. The house also has no carpet other than in the stairs in order to ensure it is easy to clean. As for the appliance that had issue unfortunately it always take a minimum of days to get it replaced. On the listing it is documented that the driveway has a one parking space and parking in the street is allowed. Guests cannot later complain about it. I appreciate the feedback but in the review the only feedback I can use for improvement is the emergency light which I have never seen in private homes only in hotels but still can surely try to find something.
