Great place to stay in a popular area. Host was responsive to questions, check in was easy, check out was quick. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay for longer!

Excellent location and accommodations for IM Lake Placid

The size and layout of the unit was great for us. In addition, the location was ideal. Close enough to walk to the Ironman Village and transition area, but far enough removed to have a quiet environment.

Great Communication, Great Location

Josh had great communication with us leading up to and during our stay. We were able to stay here and walk into town for a wedding during our stay.

Great Stay

We were just in Placid for a quick overnight, but the accommodations couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment was clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. We would stay there again.

This is the second time we've stayed at Josh's apartment and he continues to be an excellent host! He was super quick to respond to any messages. The location is fantastic, only a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a Lake Placid getaway

Location is excellent, far enough from Main Street to be away from the crowds, but an easy walk to the activity. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Josh provided all the information we needed in advance and was responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend and would book again for travel to LP.

Weekend in Lake Placid

I've stayed in Lake Placid dozens of times and this was by far the best. Not only is it conveniently located close to town but it was the perfect amount of space (not to mention how clean it was!!) for our weekend away. It was exactly as described, free off street parking was a nice bonus!

Host was great with communication. Apartment was clean. Steps to apartment were shoveled and salted. Apartment walls were a bit thin- could hear loud neighbors and their TV. Overall, we had a good experience!

Easy to find, excellent directions and key pickup instructions. Very clean. I was on the second floor and could hear the third floor occupants walk around, as well as my second floor neighbors, but if you don't mind that, a very good value.

No dressers to unpack your suitcase. If you are staying longer than a few days, it’s a bit of a hassle living out of your suitcase.
