The befs were very comfy and the bedrooms roomy Well stocked kitchen.Walking distance to downtown was perfect for us , and also having the trail so close.
We really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens were super comfortable. We would love to come back in the summer, location is great for walking into town. Hosts were super responsive and accomodating. Will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for three families. Quick access to bike trails. Very clean, well stocked, with an attached garage with an excellent bike storage area.
We got 2 houses forbthe family reunion and this one was absolutely perfect forbthe younger kids and as the centeal meeting space. The kitchen was perfect and ut was a warm and welcoming space for all.
This property satisfied all our needs. We had five adults and four kids. The amount of space was even more than we needed. It was so nice to have linens, paper towels, and detergents available for use. We plan to use this property again in the future for visiting family in the area. Ryan was extremely responsive and provided all necessary information for a wonderful stay! Thank you!
The house was very well equipped with everything we might need. Loved having the solo stove to use & having the space in the garage to store our bikes (even a bike rack) made it easy & safe when we were not using them.
Easy walk to town. Loved Crosby! Very friendly town folks.
Everything about it was great!
From Green Bay and Oklahoma City...met in the middle in Crosby. Had a fabulous time. Room for everyone, and space for all. Garage has a great set up for bike storage and added games and beach toys. House was perfect for everyone, from the 2 year old to the grandparents. Biking, hiking, scootering, Serpent Lake beach, park, playground, Clear Kayaking at the Rally Center, the railroad museum, walks downtown, the miners memorial walk... Had a great stay and would certainly do it again.
This home is configured very nicely for a group of 12 that came to this location to bike Cuyuna. The home is cozy and super clean. We loved the kitchen and large gathering area for games and conversation. The garage was perfect for securely storing our bikes. Unfortunately after we settled in there was an unforeseen water problem due to the harsh freezing weather. There was a quick response from the owner who immediately came onsite and tried to correct the problem. After it was discovered that the problem could not be fixed immediately the host offered up a similar property in the neighborhood and they promptly compensated us for the inconvenience. I cannot say enough how professional and caring the host handled the situation. Even with the unfortunate issues with the water, our group hopes to return and patron this host in the future!
My husband, my daughter n her hubby and 12 yr old stayed there ! Since we were the overflow of lake cabin .. we mostly used it to just sleep n breakfast.
Three things objectionable were:
faucet Towel hanger in the downstairs bathroom : my husband hit that ...
we did not cook there but prefer stainless steel cookware and
garage needed airing out ( I m sure of all the
rains we got ...] plus we did not spend much time here as we were at the lake most of the time.
we enjoyed our time there at night. street was very quite. decor is great... The host very prompt in all the things we asked for...etc...
Super one grocery store is near by. we had to run to E.R. in Brainard ... and that place too was amazingly friendly .
So all in all we had a fantastic time there.
Our 12 yr old loved the place...
WE would use it again if we ever come back there and if it is available.
All in All it is gem in that little town! great job. We loved it.
