This was our second trip to the Cape, and we had a great stay. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit all made it easy to just relax and take in the beautiful property. The property is also centrally located for easy access to the north, south and east. Breakwater beach and the town of Chatham were 2 of the highlights when we explored.

The house was located nicely for the different areas of the Cape we needed to be in over the long weekend. The house had enough space that everyone could have some privacy and still spend time together. It was big enough for us to have group dinners and hang outside around the fire pit, hot tub and pool. Great pool accessories. Glad we packed condiments and our must haves for cooking. Some missing kitchen supplies but we made it work. Only had one extra blanket. Which was tough this cold stormy weekend when sharing a house with people who prefer different temperatures. I’d bring my own towel, if you prefer a softer towel. Overall a great house with the majority of the essentials and a great experience. We had a great time enjoying the space and all it had to offer. I would absolutely go back and stay at this house again.
