Perfectly appointed almost new home in the desirable, quiet Estrella Mountain Ranch community, yet just minutes from Goodyear Ballpark, State Farm Stadium, Phoenix Raceway, golf courses & hiking/biking trails. This quality home boasts soaring 10 ft ceilings, open & spacious floorplan w/12 ft. full pano doors that open to the resort style backyard w/ pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit & daybed to watch the magnificent nightly sunsets. All the bells & whistles, 85" & 65" Sony tv's. Paradise found here!
Pool/Spa heat $45 extra per day. If you decide not to heat pool/spa then there is no extra charge.
This is our 2nd home and we want to keep the wear and tear to a minimum so we only rent for 30 day minimum stays.
NO to the following - parties, loud music, pets, or smoking. This is mostly an owner occupied neighborhood so it's quiet and we want guests to be respectful of that.
2 car maximum because there's no on street parking overnight.
We prefer that you don't request to book if you have infants or small children because of pool safety.

We are excited to share our home with you. We spent the past 6 months decorating and having a new pool/spa and backyard installed to make you feel like you are at a resort. This is our family home and we ask that if you choose to stay here that you treat it as if it were your own. We aren’t looking to maximize occupancy but maximize the quality of people that will treat the home with love and respect.
Why they chose this property
This home is located in a beautiful resort style community with very high owner occupancy & very few rentals so we ask that you please respect the neighbors/neighborhood and be quiet during nighttime or early morning hours. If you want to party or be loud then please do not rent our home.
What makes this property unique
Located within minutes of Estrella Golf Club, Hiking, Biking, Pickle ball & Tennis. 15 minutes to Goodyear Ballpark, 20 minutes to Phoenix Raceway with NASCAR events. Less than 30 minutes to State Farm Stadium, home of the Phoenix Cardinals.
