About this property

Beachfront Condo with Private Hot Tub

This oceanfront , beach side unit is part of The Ocean House Inn. It is a lower level corner unit with two beautifully decorated bedrooms, a full kitchen, living area , one bath and dining table. The best part is you have your own private outdoor hot tub for use between 10 am and 10 pm. (we do have quiet hours for everyone's comfort). We are centrally located at base of Homer Spit in a quiet neighborhood. We do have a private hiking trail down to beach so you can avoid the crowds and enjoy your walks..lots of tide pools. You will enjoy a nice outdoor deck with adirondack chairs, propane fire pit, hot tub and bbq grill. Unit does not have washer or dryer but clean towels are available daily if needed and there is a nice little laundromat less than a block from us.

This neighborhood is one of the few in Homer that isn’t on the Spit where the parking and craziness can be a bit overwhelming but still right on the beach with unobstructed views of Kachemak bay and all its beautiful glaciers.
