Located only 12 mins from Ball Park Village, one block from Frank Holton State Park, where you can enjoy fishing and 10% off golf packages with your stay. Maybe your having family in town, this is a family friendly neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing beautiful day after working in the home office. Spacious driveway for parking( Free "Garage" parking is not available)

My family and I stayed here for a week while waiting for our house to be move in ready and we really enjoyed this cute little home! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, linens smelled great, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Very quiet neighborhood with no issues and we felt safe with the cameras and motion alerts for outside the home. To top it all off the host is very nice and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Not family friendly neighborhood

The house is very nice and clean and the owner is very nice and easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood is not in a good part of town. If it’s just a few adults it would be okay but I would not recommend staying here with children.

The Best Host I Ever Had on VRBO

This was truly a 5 star stay for me and my family. I loved the newly remodeled house and all of the new appliances. The house was very clean.c neat and organized. It felt like home. Jerrod the host, really made our stay as comfortable as it could be. Such a kind and friendly man. He even offered me some home cooked dinner from his smoker! The home was very secure and safe. Even had a fenced in driveway to park your car. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Lake and Park. It had a golf course and great fishing. I enjoyed the nice walking trail they had that was measured off. Would I stay again? Without a doubt! Jerrod has a few homes for rent in this area that were all newly remolded. Thank you so much!!!
