Located west of the I-5 and just minutes from Del Mar Race Track, LEGOLAND, Moonlight Beach, SeaWorld, Gas Lamp district, and world-class surfing. You can take a stroll to nearby restaurants in downtown Encinitas. Wifi is fast, coffee is provided. This home does not have air conditioning; just heat. The approximately to the Pacific Ocean keeps a fairly nice breeze going that cools the house.
