Beautiful 2 BR/2BA + den ( possible 3rd BR) pool home in a great neighborhood (Silver Lake area).
Close to all areas in town ( Leesburg, Mount Dora, The Villages), beautiful lakes, golf, restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy Disney, Tampa, St Augustine!
The space
Great home on a corner lot, circular driveway, beautiful trees. Home is in a private subdivision. HOA is present.
Guests must appreciate a home in a safe and family oriented neighborhood where rules are in place.
Guest access
You will have access to the very welcoming living space! Open floor plan, high ceilings, split bedrooms,2 baths, formal dinning room, den (possible 3rd bedroom) dinette with nice pool view!
Other things to note
Great central Florida location. My home is located in a very nice family neighborhood.
Here you can easily travel to Disney, Daytona, Tampa, Cocoa Beach , St. Augustine. You can also explore the local areas such as charming Mount Dora and The Villages.
Monthly rentals only during winter months December January February and March ( monthly rentals preferred)

Most people travel on their vacations to different cities or countries.
I am the opposite. Since I have to travel ( a lot) for work all over the world, on my days off and vacation...there is no place like home.
My home is my own 5 star hotel where I can enjoy my cooking (I love to cook) and the sound of the pool waterfall early in the morning.
I really have fun working in the yard, walking in the mornings with friends or riding my bike around Silver Lake.
I know the hotel business really well and my home is nothing like it.
I hope when you stay here you feel the same way.
