This bayfront retreat offers direct access to the sandy beaches and a convenient location less than a mile from the USS Lexington, just over a mile north of the Texas State Aquarium, within a few miles to Indian Point Pier for fishing, and two miles north of Hurricane Alley Waterpark and downtown Corpus Christi.

When you don't want to go too far, the fully enclosed yard offers a private slice of sun-soaked paradise and multiple outdoor areas provide plenty of space to kick your feet up while sipping cold beverages.

Updated sofas and a smart TV set the stage for casual home downtime in the living room. The immaculate full kitchen boasts a suite of sparkling stainless steel appliances equipped for culinary inspiration. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
