The Space:

Casa Vista Paraiso is a spacious and luxurious home that offers over 3,000 sq. ft. of interior space and plenty of room for up to 12 guests. The home features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with high-end custom furniture, large-screen TVs in each room, and ultra-modern fixtures throughout. The master bedroom boasts a navy and silver theme, with a large vanity and a spacious master bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests each. The living room features a fold-out commercial-grade sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress, providing additional sleeping space. The home also includes a laundry area with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. The dining room and living room provide plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining, and the balcony offers an outdoor kitchen and 300-degree views of the picturesque Sea of Cortez. Additionally, guests have access to a community pool directly across from the front door and a playground for children to the right of the house. Overall, Casa Vista Paraiso is the perfect space for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway in Costa Diamante.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the community through the security gate at the Costa Diamante Community. The security will have your reservation on file, just let them know the name your reservation was made under, and that you are reserved for house number F44.

Upon pulling up to the home, you will use a special code for the keyless code lock entry system. The code will be sent to your phone 15 minutes before check-in time at 4:00. If the code hasn't come through to your phone yet, just reach out to your host.

Getting Around:

Getting around the area in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico is relatively easy, with your own car or local taxis available to take you to other parts of town, such as the Malecón, Rodeo Drive shopping area, restaurants, and grocery stores. However, it is important to note that there are no Uber or other ride-sharing services available in the area. If you prefer to walk, various restaurants and shops are located along the Sandy Beach resort area, which is a pleasant and convenient option. The resort area is relatively pedestrian-friendly and has several sidewalks and pathways, making it easy to explore on foot. Additionally, some guests choose to rent a car during their stay, which can be arranged through local rental companies. Renting a car allows you the flexibility to explore the area at your own pace and visit more remote locations outside of the resort area. Overall, there are several transportation options available in the area, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that Puerto Penasco has to offer.
