So glad you had a great stay and the cottage met your needs. We found out after your stay that the router wasn’t communicating with the modem. I’m so sorry you had issues. If there are issues I can have Spectrum ping the equipment to reset remotely. Thank you for your review!
Perfect location for a brief break. Clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed hosting Paul. He was an excellent guest who loved our cottage and found the space perfect. He left it in pristine condition. We would happily have him again should he return to Palm Coast! Thank you for choosing us Paul!
My husband and I had a great stay at the Seagrass Cottage! They’ve really maximized the use and setup of their space and have many thoughtful touches and have everything you might need! Even though we didn’t have any issues during our stay all of our interactions with the host were great and they were very responsive and provided helpful information.

So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the cottage to be well stocked and with all your needs met! Thank you for the excellent review. We enjoyed hosting you as well!
Cute, clean, nice little home but we were deceived by incorrect description.
It’s a cute, clean, nice little home. Very small but okay for one or two people. Walking distance to the beach and the MTB Trail Mala Compra. The listing description and photos shows it has a full kitchen but beware that the stove has been removed and there is no stove on the home. I feel like we were deceived since we had plans to cook and had to unexpectedly change plans for eating last minute and not able to use the Groceries we had bought.
So beware that the description of the listing is not correct even though the photos show a stove there is not stove on the property.

I’m so sorry I’m just seeing this review! I had a co-host overseeing everything including pictures and property description initially. I’ve taken over recently. The stove was removed before we ever listed the unit. So sorry it was an issue for you. The description should never had listed an oven/ stove since it was never available to guests.
Seagrass Cottage I was a great base to explore the area! The unit was immaculate. Access was easy even though we arrived after hours in the dark. Everything we needed was there.
The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom roomy, with nice towels and plenty of supplies.
Kitchen immaculate, extra good quality dishes, utensils, etc. Living room comfortable, WiFi and TV worked well. AC unit in bedroom kept the whole place nice and cool.
Pleasant front porch and a hammock in the yard for the 2 units to share.
It was super quiet; there were other guests in the rear unit but we did not hear a peep, or any noise from outside.
Location very nice. Walk (or drive since there is plenty of parking) to Mala Compra beach access. The beach has interesting rock formations and is a wonderful place to walk. Probably wouldn't do much swimming there because of the submerged rocks; BUT, there is another beach park very close (Bay Drive) that is a better swimming beach. Very close to Washington Oaks Gardens State Park as well. The county provides good signage on the main road for the beach parks.
I liked this location better than staying in Flagler Beach itself because of the quality of the beaches. Still close enough for us to drive into Flagler for dinner at our favorite restaurant (shout out to Flagler Fish Company!) and visit the nature preserve there.
We look forward to returning in cooler weather and exploring the hiking trails at Mala Compra.
