If you’re down with camper life, this is a great glamper experience.The site is at the top of a short drive which is shared by a couple other cabins. All are secluded from one another so you never hear or see anyone.Fort Payne was about a 15 minute drive down the mountain and Little River Canyon National Reserve was within ten minute and is a great scenic drive with hiking trails and access to some nice water falls.There was also a convenient diner just outside the Reserve which serves country style breakfast and burgers. It also has general store which is handy for picking up any overlooked essentials or groceries vs. traveling down the mountain.Lastly, Misty was a stellar host who was quick to respond to any questions.We were there in late summer and other than a little heat/humidity, we loved it. The area would be an ideal fall or early spring trip

Very peaceful and serene!

This is a beautiful, quiet place. I wanted to go camping for my 65th, so I spent it here. WOW what an amazing place. You won’t be sorry if you like camping. I will be back here again.

Tiny living it up!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Happy Glamper RV. As always, everything was clean and organized. The camper was very spacious for 2 adults and a medium size pup! Thank you for always making sure all the necessities and more are provided! Can’t wait to plan next years trip!

We felt right at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peaceful Retreats! Be sure to check out Little River Canyon, DeSoto Falls, and Cloudland Canyon for some nice views. We felt right at home in Happy Glamper RV. Firewood, goat soap, and Gobena coffee were a nice touch. :)

Great peaceful getaway spot!

This was a great peaceful get away spot. Far enough for privacy and relaxation, but close enough to town where it wasnt a long travel to get there. Misti was a great host, gave clear directions, information, and super friendly; even checked in on us to make sure we were alright throughout our stay. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was AMAZING from start to finish. 10/10 and will definitely be back! Our host Misti was amazing and great to work with from booking to after checkout. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded getaway, but still have close amenities, Happy Glamper RV is the place to stay. Less than 10 minutes access to local restaurants, grocery stores, local entertainment and Little River Falls.

Perfect place to do some hiking!

Misti is a great host. The Glamper is a perfect place to stay for what we did. We were there to look at the leaves and do some hiking. Perfect location for this.

Perfect Escape

We had the best weekend at the Happy Glamper in Fort Payne! The RV was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the cozy touches of home. We loved sipping coffee on the deck, cooking together, and relaxing with a movie at night. Peaceful, fun, and the perfect escape—highly recommend!

We loved the firepit on the big deck!

We absolutely loved this camper and its surroundings!! The firepit on the big deck was so nice for smore making with the kids. Everything was very clean, there were plenty of amenities and cookware for cooking. The bed slept very well. Such a peaceful place to stay while we explored and swam during the day!!

Peaceful and relaxing!

The happy glamper is so beautiful and comfortable sitting in a peaceful spot amongst the trees. I enjoyed my quiet time in the mornings with delicious coffee on the huge deck. The peaceful retreat gang did not disappoint with the little touches to make our weekend escape special. I call Haven of hope my home away from home and will be back soon.
