Pristine space and such a cute place, outside and in! Convenient location and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We were only there for a night but it seemed to be outfitted with anything you would need. We would prefer to be able to adjust the thermostat ourselves, but the hosts were very gracious and quick to respond to our request to cool it off a bit. Overall, we were very pleased. We especially loved visiting with the friendly kitty out front!
The kitchen was minimal but that was clear from the listing pictures and proved to be adequate. The room was not cool enough and the lack of control over the air conditioning as was a the only negative aspect of the accommodation. The neighborhood was great and so close to much of what I wanted to see and do in New Orleans.
I was concerned that this home might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and so homey and well-appointed. Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

We're so glad you had a great stay! You're welcome back anytime!
This stay was cool, cozy and peaceful. Looks exactly like pictures. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to things if you have a car, if not close to RTA stop. No complaints
The apartment was beautifully decorated and completely updated. The location couldnt be beat dor Jazzfest. Sheri was very responsive. We have a great stay. Recommend their place highly!
Quick stay great place very neatly decorated. Home was nice but neighborhood was ran down some. Close to city park felt safe to walk there in the evening. Quite location. Would recommend for a couple wanting to stay in town but not in the heart of everything. Would recommend Tost as a good breakfast place.
We loved everything about this property! The decor is super cute. For being an older house, they did a great job to bring out the charm, decorate with character, and make it comfortable for staying. The owners are right next door and were very helpful with our last minute request needing something printed. They were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this cute little house!

Perfection! Decorated beautifully. Very thoughtful design. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Easy free parking. Hosts were very communicative yet we never heard or saw them. Would definitely come back!
This section of DumaineStreet is not one of the more attractive areas of the city.
The street is crowded with parked cars and is in need of repairs. Not much foliage.
Made me a bit apprehensive about what I would find inside.
What a surprise!
Inside, a marvelous use of space to comfortably and creatively cram a fully functioning apartment into one attractive room.
Even the bed in the center of the room adds to rather than detracts from the decor. Beautiful crown molding on a very high ceiling. Original wide plank flooring.
Wonderful, updated and modern bathroom. Great shower.
No window AC units, but was comfortably cool on a very warm afternoon.
The kitchen area is quite complete and is totally functional, but out of necessity, space for food storage is somewhat limited.
But who comes to New Orleans to prepare home cooked meals?
Everything considered, this little unit has all the comforts of home.
Way better than a comparably priced hotel or motel.
Made me wish I had booked more than one overnight.
