Nestled among beautifully landscaped gardens, this timeless Vermont farmhouse offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel a world away—yet you’re just 5 minutes from the charm, history, and shops of downtown Woodstock.

Wake up to peaceful views of rolling hills and gardens, then step outside to explore endless outdoor adventures. In winter, you’re 10 minutes from Saskadena Six and 25 minutes from Killington—perfect for skiers and snowboarders. When the snow melts, swap skis for hiking boots, bikes, or kayaks. From swimming holes and rivers to scenic trails and farmer’s markets, every season offers a reason to come back.

Ideal for families, couples, or friends, the farmhouse is spacious, comfortable, and filled with classic New England character. Whether you’re gathering around the table for a meal, unwinding after a day of adventure, or simply soaking in the fresh mountain air, this is your home base for creating lasting Vermont memories.

Spacious farmhouse with an open living area, wide-pine floors, and both a fireplace and woodstove. Attached two-car garage for easy access in all seasons. Designed for comfort and gatherings, the home blends rustic character with family-friendly amenities. Guests enjoy full access to the farmhouse, garage, and 3.5 acres of serene grounds.

Family friendly. Upon request, we can provide... porto-crib, potty, toys (baby-toddler), high chair, booster seat, plates/cups/cutlery.

House has snow removal including driveway plowing. Yard care and landscaping is conducted weekly in order to maintain serene grounds. Snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, and trash removal may occur during your stay and without advanced notice.

Please be aware that this house is in a rural and mountainous setting, and like much of Vermont does not have cell phone service. There is strong WIFI at the house, however on rare occasions the internet can go down. Cell service is available a one mile drive down the road towards Woodstock.

We stayed 5 nights before Christmas with our adult children and the property was very comfortable. Yes, the property was welcoming for our. Our daughter likes the closeness to Killington (she is the only skier). Having the use of the 2 bay garage was nice as we did have snow. The fireplace in the livingroom and a wood stove in the dining/kitchen area adds to the winter ambiance.

Beautiful country home

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Vermont home. It was located a perfect distance from local restaurants and shops. We came back after hikes, shopping and sightseeing to just relax and unwind. Quick note... the kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies, but make sure that you bring the food you need, and condiments as well if you don't want to run back out to the store.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Very roomy with an excellent layout. All the necessities were available and well organized. Just bring your favorite foods. Close proximity to Woodstock. Kyle was an exceptional host and quick to respond with any questions I had regarding our booking or the area. At the end of our stay, our only regret is that we didn't stay a bit longer. Would rent again without a doubt.
