Ken's place is well managed- looks great, like the pics and in the best location for food, markets, entertainment- quiet and beautiful surroundings- a gem of a place. Fell in love with Charleston - easy to do. So happy for this 2 month get away!

Perfect location in old town Charleston.

The property is conveniently located. My daughter and I loved it so much that we extended our stay from a month to over two. I think that says it all.

Outstanding month

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a month. We loved every moment from arranging the details of our stay with Duke until check out. Duke was always available, professional, careful with the details and accurate. The apartment is wonderful for an older couple as it is on the ground level. Everything seems as if it is brand new. Bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped so we could take good advantage of the Harris Tweeter just down the street. The neighborhood is lovely, old but well maintained and reeks of the area’s history. Streets are well lit making nightly strolls easy, returning from the multitude of good restaurants, all right within walking distance. We have stayed in many apartments around the world and give this one an A+++. We will stay again if available on our return to beautiful Charleston and the French Quarter.
