The hot tub is cleaned and chemically treated weekly by a professional hot tub service on Wednesdays. The technician will enter the backyard through the exterior gate and will not disturb guests .
The air conditioner is a portable unit located in the bedroom.
Guest assistance from the local property manager is available during guests' stay.
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the rooftop deck.
