The beautiful town of Charlevoix and its award-winning harbor (Round Lake) are just a short walk away. You can also walk to Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix beaches. Outdoor enthusiasts can find hiking and skiing options nearby as well as the North Point Nature Preserve. There is a bike path all the way to Petoskey. This charming cottage is on the route for the Charlevoix Marathon (every June). Inside, this welcoming and charming home away from home enjoys an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed wood beams. Curl up on the living room's cozy sofa and stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, to prepare exquisite homemade meals. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping nook on the lofted area upstairs. Additional perks include one stand-up paddleboard, one kayak, beach gear, board games, blankets, umbrellas, life jackets, and coolers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
