Thank you for providing your feedback and sharing your experience at the cabin. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the location and the local wildlife. Standard turnover laundering for normal bed usage is always included with every reservation. However, when all linens, sheets, heavy blankets, and comforters across nine beds are mixed together into a single pile with heavily soiled linens, standard turnover procedures cannot cover the extensive laundering required. Because every duvet and blanket had to undergo specialized laundering to restore sanitary conditions, an additional cleaning fee was necessary to cover the extra commercial laundry time and costs. We strive to be transparent and fair with our turnover guidelines and deposit assessments, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify why these additional laundering costs were incurred.

Thank you for the feedback. Please note that the property management company has transitioned to completely new ownership since this stay took place. Under our new management, guest experience and clear communication are our top priorities. We have resolved the TV setup issues, refreshed the home, and established fair, transparent standards for all post-stay inspections. We appreciate the past feedback and look forward to providing future travelers with a seamless Tahoe stay.

There is plenty of parking for 5 cars, the county set the limits for parking at our rental properties. Not sure where the confusion came from. Hope they enjoyed the spacious house, remodeled bathrooms, and well-stocked kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances.
