I thought it was a great price for what was provided… however the mattress was not good at all which I tried to fix before my arrival.. they tried to fix it with a topper, I had already purchased an air mattress.. the community room TV was of 0 use during our stay. I would definitely come back though the views were amazing!
The hot tub and cozy cottage was an awesome stay. Amenities were to standards cleanliness was to standards comfort was to standards. Overall visit went well!!
The property is gated and feels very safe. The area was super quiet even for a night shift working. I came "home" from work to sleep and the entire day was quite. The ac unit does need a little work, it makes a strange noise while on. The space was large and I had what I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The negative: the bed is terrible. You can feel the metal springs popping through and the sofa bed is way worse.
We had a great stay! This listing is just as it was explained. My wife and I were in town for a short trip so we didn’t need much. The only downside to this rental is there is not a microwave and the mattress was ominous the thin side. Other than those nitpicky ones things our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice place, only issue was that the bed kept sinking in on one side. Other than that nice place.

No box spring, the left side of the mattress was caved in. Very uncomfortable. The rain got in behind the AC unit some how and ran down the wall which then got out shoes wet that was along the wall beside it. No microwave. The pictures make it look like the place is near the lake and it is not. Where you park we had strangers yelling out their windows at us. Wouldn’t be my first pick to stay again.
Traveler beware, this is not a 1 bedroom apartment, this is a studio apartment in a shady area of town. The listing photos indicated a bed was in the bedroom and another in the living room, but upon arrival we discovered that the “bedroom” was also the living room and the extra bed was a pullout couch. The pullout couch had a spring mattress with no padding and the couch was too close to the bed to be pulled completely out or used. The mattress on the bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever sat on (we could not sleep in this unit). After realizing the unit’s listing had indicated a nonexistent bedroom and the unusable pullout couch, we contacted VRBO. After over an hour on the phone and VRBO repeatedly telling us not to leave the unit, we had to leave the unit and go to a hotel. VRBO contacted the host regarding the issues with the listing and I was refunded for the last two nights of my three night trip. VRBO said it was up to the host to refund the first night. Before leaving the VRBO, we cleaned it back to the way we found it and contacted the host asking for a full refund of all three nights and fees, never received a response.Regarding location, this unit is part of a large building with multiple studio apartments. The building itself shares a parking lot with two buildings that appeared to be homeless shelters or recovery centers.
