This historic Baker Beauty is smack dab in the middle of all the Broadway fun! Making it easy to enjoy many bars, restaurants, & shops in a walkable distance.
The finished garage with a unique mural will serve as your living area/kitchen/game-room including AC/ Heat.
The bedroom & bathroom are in the basement. The location in the busy city so some noise is inevitable. A sound machine & fan will be provided for your leisure.
One parking spot out back for small & medium sized vehicles.
THE SPACE
On the main floor is the 500 foot funky living space that includes a living room, pullout couch, ping pong table, foosball table, 50 inch TV, games, fridge, and a kitchenette. A bike, scooter, and skateboard will also be provided.
Downstairs is the 300 foot cozy bedroom with a 40 inch tv, washer/dryer, closet, desk, and bathroom. Each level has AC/Heat and Wifi.
