Luxury Condo, Private Patio With Firepit, Hot Tub & BBQ

The fully furnished kitchen has a side by side refrigerator with both filtered water and crushed ice on the door. The living room has a FP with a built in insert with a remote, large 65”' 4K flat screen tv with DirecTV, DVR, and a Blu-ray player. Living room features high end American Leather brand couches. The kitchen is fully furnished, the dining area has seating for 6. There is a king size adjustable bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's with DirecTV and DVR accessibility. The master bath has two sinks and a jacuzzi tub, the guest bath, has a travertine shower, there is direct access from both the bedroom and hall. No expense was spared in decorating this home, stone floors throughout as well as newly installed leathered granite. Remote controled window shades. This ground level 1200 square foot unit has a private patio complete with a BBQ, fire pit and private enclosed hot tub.
*During the Summer months and holiday periods a 3 night minimum stay is required on the weekends, 2 night mid week. Off season period, a 2 night minimum stay weekday/weekend required. New Years, Spring Break & 4th of July, 7 night stay required.

Great location!

Had a lovely time and enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Both couches pulled out into beds, which was nice so the teenagers didn't have to share a bed!

Loved how tastefully furnished and decorated this house was! It was like being in an elite hotel steps away from sand. Leanne was wonderful to communicate with and we will definitely be back.

My family truly enjoyed ours stay. House was so clean and beautifuly decorated. Bed are very comfortable! We comfortably had six people here. There is only one shower but we made it work. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location & Comfortable!

This was absolutely the most relaxing stay we had in Pismo! The beds were comfortable, great kitchen with all the items you need, Smart TV so perfect for Netflix for the kiddos and the most convenient location. We truly enjoyed our stay and already looking to book a return stay! Leanne is such a delightful host and we appreciate her sharing her vacation home to everyone! We had a wonderful time at the condo, I was a little concerned because of all of the warnings for the hot tub, which I'm sure were valid, but made me a little anxious. Also in regards to sand with the linens, my daughter took a beach towel out to the beach, hoping that was ok. Shook it out at the beach. The place had a great location, very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

What a gem in Pismo beach !

This beautiful condo is only a couple of blocks from beach and pier for breakfast as well as great restaurants and bars. The beds were incrediblely comfortable and the spa and fire pit topped our evenings perfectly. The kitchen had everything needed and the towels for bath and spa were wonderful. There is no shower in the master bath but the big tub makes bathing easy. We were here for a wedding and Leanne made sure Everything was easy for us, from arrival to departure! We've traveled a lot and she is the sweetest hostess ever! Can't wait to return to Pismo and will definitely stay here again !! Thanks Leanne!

This property was exactly what I was looking for and much more!

The property was perfect for my vacation stay. The host was very thorough with additional toiletries, misc. items, kitchenware, coffee & Keurig, shampoo, soap, body wash, the unit came fully loaded. The only reason I was not able to give this location 5 stars, is because I don't think that the neighborhood took in account that people take vacation on weekdays! Which means you have to be mindful of the quiet time for neighbors that might have to work the next day. this unit was well accommodating for four adults, but to access the patio we had to walk through the back bedroom.

Great Property with a Great Location

The property was just as advertised. It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Leanne was great, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. The location was perfect, and it was an easy walk down to the pier. The only small issue that we had was arriving after 5pm and trying to get the key out of the lock box which is somewhat antiquated. But my husband finally figured it out.

This property was perfect for us. It was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The courtyard with a hot tub and fire pit is a plus. It’s just a short walk to the beach with was awesome. A shorter walk than I expected. The area is quiet and mellow which we prefer and it’s just a short walk to restaurants and shops. I would definitely book this place again.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The property was clean, well stocked, and the hot tub was fun. The only hiccup was at check in, we had to wait until 3:30 to get the keys.

Hello my name is Leanne Simoes Sandlin. I have lived on our family farm most all of my life in Tipton, CA. I am a mother of 4 married to David Sandlin, a wonderful loving Christian man. Throughout the years, I have stayed actively involved with our farm, my kids, their sport activities, School Parent Clubs, our Church as well as our local Town Council and Chamber of Commerce Board. To say the least, I have stayed plenty busy. I started my vacation rental business in 1997 and purchased the Beach Comber Inn also in Pismo Beach in 2005. I take great pride in this business that I have built and feel very blessed that God has given me this opportunity.

Why they chose this property

As a child, the only vacation we could only take was a day trip to Pismo Beach. It has always been a dream of mine to own a home in Pismo Beach. I feel truly blessed to own rental property in Pismo Beach, and doubly blessed that I can share them with other vacationers.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique for two reasons, there are no stairs, easy in, easy out as well as being one of the few properties in Pismo Beach with a private patio featuring a BBQ, fire pit and hot tub. If rest and relaxation is what you are looking for, look no more.
