The only minor complaint we have was that the TV in the room attached to the balcony was not working. We noticed the red was a platoon boat in the property. If it was working it would be a nice to be able to rent it for the day or time spent on the property. The land was amazing. Nice to see fruit trees on the property. The amount of kayaks available for large groups was also nice. Having a couple of double kayaks would be a plus, especially for smaller children who cannot kayak by themselves. Compound style house was a plus. Multiple beds in the rooms for large family is a great idea. The house was is great for large families. We had 12 and we were extremely comfortable. Location on the river was amazing. Very close to downtown Dunnellon.

Teri was a wonderful host completely available for questions and super friendly. The house was exactly what we wanted it to be, a fun place to be on the river. We gather there as a group of 18 which is so many people to have in one house and it was awesome and there was still room for more. There was plenty of beds, plenty of towels, plenty of kitchen stuff and plenty of outdoor activity and indoor activity stuff.

The perfect place to host my women’s yoga and wellness retreat

Our stay was perfect! The house is laid out in a great way for big groups to feel together and also have their own space. The kitchen had everything I needed to be cooking for a group of 15 with ease. The host was always quick to respond and the property is right on a peaceful part of the river with very easy kayak access and they supplied the kayaks. I plan to stay here again and will make it a yearly rental. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this place for family functions or things like that.

Absolutely wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay right on Rainbow River. The activities provided by the host home was a huge blessing for our crew. We kayaked, fished, swam, played volleyball. The kitchen had everything we needed. I appreciated how organized the home was. Plenty of towels for everyone. Having access to multiple washer and dryers was very helpful. I hope we can stay again in the future with our family. I highly recommend this house.

Fun on the Rainbow River

Our visit was perfect. The house was spotless and well stocked. Ever water toy you could possibly need is available. Would recommend the house, river, and especially the location.

This is a lovely property in the absolute best location on the river. The host really understands what is needed for a large group. Having 3 refrigerators was great as we brought meals to cook for the entire 4 days. There was plenty of cooking utensils and even a variety of spices and herbs. A handful of my guests traveled on motorcycles, so having kayaks and tubes available for our group was also very much appreciated. You are so close to the state park, KP Hole, the main dive spring, the Gissy Spring creek run, and a cute little cove that you can set up a hammock at. The sleeping arrangements remind me of being in Summer Camp as a kid. I thought it was fun. Also the AC works great so hot sleepers won't be uncomfortable. We were able to bring our boat and pull it up to the property. Everything went smooth and everyone really enjoyed their stay. Thank you, Teri! Your communication was impeccable and we really loved your place! 10/10 would recommend, especially for larger groups.

Mini extended family vacation

There were 11 of us and plenty of room for everyone plus some. We were all able to comfortably fit in the couches in the living room for movie night, everyone had their own clean bed, and there was more than enough kayaks, games and activities for all of us.
